Laurel Wellness and Nursing Center provides 24-hour skilled nursing care delivered by licensed healthcare professionals. Nursing services are provided in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans to support each resident’s medical and daily care needs.

Each resident’s care plan is developed through ongoing assessments and interdisciplinary collaboration. Services are adjusted as medical needs change, ensuring care remains appropriate, safe, and aligned with physician direction.

Our Skilled Nursing Services May Include:
- 24-hour licensed nursing care
