Laurel Wellness and Nursing Center offers rehabilitation services as part of an individualized care plan to support residents following illness, injury, or hospitalization. Therapy services are provided by licensed professionals based on physician referral.

Occupational Therapy Supports participation in daily activities such as dressing, grooming, and self-care.
Speech-Language Pathology Addresses communication, cognition, and swallowing needs when clinically indicated.
Coordinated Care Planning
Therapy services are integrated with skilled nursing care and delivered within a
multidisciplinary framework. Treatment frequency and duration are determined by
clinical need and physician orders.
