Laurel Wellness and Nursing Center provides care for those residents who require a level of medical and/or specialized rehabilitation care. Residents who are transferred to our center are sufficiently stabilized medically so they no longer require acute hospitalization, but their specialized needs can be met in our skilled nursing facilty.
